Manjari Fadnis is an Indian actress. She appeared in Hindi, Marathi and Telugu movies. She is best known for her performance in the 2008 Hindi movie Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. She did television commercials for ICICI Bank, Onida and Mothilal Perls. She was the brand ambassador of jewellery brand CMR exclusive and Chandana Brothers. She has also worked in Faltu (2006), Zokkomon (2011), Warning (2013), Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon (2015), and short films Khamakha (2016) and Barot House (2019).

Manjari has completed her schooling from St. Anne’s High School, Mumbai. Afterwards, she went to the Pune for her further studies where she completed her college in Fergusson College. During her graduation, she was quite active in modelling industry.
Manjari started her film career with Rok Sako To Rok Lo in 2004 as Suhana. She was the part of National film Award winning Bengali feature film Faltu in 2006 and also Mumbai Salsa in 2007. Her first big breakthrough film was Jaane Tu..Ya Jaane Na in 2008 as the lead role of Meghna, for which she won the Stardust Award for Breakthrough Performance Female in 2009. This film was a Box-office successful and received audience and critical acclaim. After the successful film in 2008, she made debut in Telugu films with Siddu from Sikakulam as Sailu.
Her first Telugu film Muthirai in 2009 as Aarthi. After that Manjari had sung a telugu song under the direction of Yukan Shankar Raja for the film Muthirai. In 2010, her two films were released in Telugu Inkosaari and Shubhapradham. She also worked in the film Shakti as Gauri. In 2012, she made Kannada debut with romantic drama film Munjane, directed by S. Narayan oppiste to actor Ganesh. Later, she featured in Hindi film Grand Masti, which proved highest grossing Bollwood film that year. She portrayed character of Tulsi alongside Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani.
She then came in romantic comedy film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon in 2015 as Juhi. The film was box office success. She worked in her maiden Marathi film Sarv Mangal Savdhan as Vrushali with Raqesh Vashisth. Her other notable films are State of Siege: Temple Attack, Nirdosh, Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai etc.
Manjari was first seen on television during the second season of the Indian version of the singing reality show Popstars, which was live telecast on Channel V in 2003. She was the only participant who made it to final for the musical band Aasma. In 2009, she signed to appear in a series of Onida Television Commercials.
